1. Service Overview

We provide repair and maintenance services for:

  • Air Conditioners (AC)
  • Refrigerators (Fridges)
  • Washing Machines

Service availability is limited to Namakkal and nearby areas including Tiruchengodu.

2. Booking & Service Process

  • Customers can book service via phone call or WhatsApp.
  • Upon booking, a technician will be assigned based on availability.
  • Service timing will be scheduled within working hours.
  • Emergency or same-day service is subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Inspection charges may apply based on service request.
  • Final repair cost will be informed after inspection.
  • Spare parts (if required) will be charged separately.
  • Payment must be completed immediately after service.
  • We accept:
    • Cash
    • UPI / Online Transfer

4. Warranty Policy

  • Service warranty (if applicable) will be clearly informed at the time of repair.
  • Warranty applies only to the specific service performed.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Power fluctuations
    • Customer misuse
    • Third-party repairs

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule before technician dispatch.
  • If cancelled after technician arrival, a visiting charge may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and contact details.
  • Ensure safe access to the appliance.
  • Be available during scheduled service time.
  • Inform any prior repair history if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damages in appliances
    • Delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Maximum liability is limited to the service amount paid.

8. Service Availability

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Service requests outside working hours will be handled the next working day.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Customer details are used only for service communication.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties.
  • Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
